This mission-critical data center project required high-precision electrical modeling and coordination across 12 construction phases. MEC Engineering supported the project with complete BIM detailing, construction sequencing, shop drawings, and installation documentation for multiple generators, utility transformers, OFCI skids, and extensive cable bus and busway systems. Every conduit 1.5" and larger was modeled with its hangers, supports, and structural components—down to nuts and bolts—to ensure 100% field-ready accuracy. Through early collaboration with foremen and weekly coordination teams, MEC optimized routing for major systems, produced thermal and spatial calculations for electrical rooms, and secured long-lead materials ahead of schedule. The result was highly coordinated installation and seamless execution across all phases.
