This project involved full electrical design and permitting for a 22,000 sq. ft., single-story memory care facility with 56 resident beds. The scope included developing a reliable power infrastructure tailored to continuous care needs, integrating an emergency generator system, inverter-based backup power, and a fully coordinated fire alarm system to support resident safety and round-the-clock facility operations.
